During my stay at this hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the variety of facilities available. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and parking. Additionally, the friendly staff made my stay all the more enjoyable, and the breakfast provided was quite satisfying.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

This hidden gem is located in a beautiful area with plenty of nearby attractions. the rooms are comfortable and the onsen is wonderful. the staff is polite and attentive, making sure you have everything you need for a great stay. Breakfast and dinner are also included with the room and are delicious. They also offer amazing massages and have both indoor and outdoor pools for your enjoyment.
The decor could use some updating.

The hot springs were nice and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The meals were ample and tasty, and the price was reasonable. The location was convenient for skiing and other winter activities.
Much of the hotel was in need of renovation and repair. The rooms were shabby and outdated, with stains on the walls and carpet.
